I love this version of Sense and Sensibility, perhaps because it's the first movie version I ever saw. So many fantastic actors! I also adore the 2008 version. I'm trying to decide which one my daughter should see first. Which do you prefer?

I find the orchard scenes enchanting in this book. I love the part when Eric discovers and explores it. It's a bit like Mary finding the Secret Garden. I love the idea of hidden, overgrown gardens and orchards just waiting to be discovered! I wish I could find one myself!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
